രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത അംഗങ്ങളുടെ സംഭാവന ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ക്ഷേമനിധി രൂപീകരിക്കാൻ നിയമം വിഭാവനം ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഓരോ പ്രവാസി മലയാളിയിൽ നിന്നും (വിദേശത്ത്) പ്രതിമാസം 350 രൂപ. കേരളത്തിൽ തിരിച്ചെത്തി സ്ഥിരമായി സ്ഥിരതാമസമാക്കിയ പ്രവാസി മലയാളി (വിദേശത്ത്) ഓരോ അംഗവും നൽകേണ്ടത് 1000 രൂപ മാത്രം. 200. നോൺ റെസിഡന്റ് കേരളൈറ്റ്സ് (ഇന്ത്യ) അംഗം രൂപ നൽകണം. പ്രതിമാസം സംഭാവനയായി 200 രൂപ. എല്ലാ അംഗീകൃത അംഗവും രൂപ സംഭാവന നൽകണം. പ്രതിമാസം 50. ബോർഡിന് ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റിൽ നിന്നോ സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിൽ നിന്നോ പ്രാദേശിക സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നോ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ/ഓർഗനൈസേഷനിൽ നിന്നോ ഫണ്ട് ഗ്രാന്റുകൾക്കോ വായ്പകൾക്കോ അഡ്വാൻസുകൾക്കോ പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്താം. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ വ്യക്തികളിൽ നിന്നോ സംഘടനകളിൽ നിന്നോ സർക്കാർ ഏജൻസികളിൽ നിന്നോ കപ്പലിൽ നിന്നോ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും സ്രോതസ്സുകളിൽ നിന്നോ ബോർഡിന് സംഭാവനകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കാം.
